  • 1.  Whispering for Genesys mobile app Communicate

    Hi all,
    I have used "transfer to user" block in our inbound flow to transfer incoming interaction directly to Genesys mobile app (Communicate), but I would like to ask community, if there is some way how to propagate some attached data to mobile app (especially queue name).

    As you may know, queue calls cannot be sent to Communicate app users.  I have tried with group calls as well - no way to display on Communicate.  There is a mobile app for agents that can show queue name.  There are ideas to vote on as well.

    HI,
    I know limitation about ACD calls ad that's the reason why I transfer call to user before I put interaction into queue. I know that there is some "Mobile office" from IdealSystem, but I am looking for some OTTB solution without paying additional fee for this addon.
