    Two-fold discussion here.  I am trying out the Microsoft Forms poll mechanism and very interested in this topic about what CRM most of the PureCloud users are using.  I'll share the results in a couple of weeks as well with everyone.  I get pulled into CRM integration discussions every day and want to know what product I should be exploring.  Thank you for your time to respond.
