    Many of our customers are contact center outsourcers or telcos.
    Because of this, they rely on the use of divisions to separate their different customers, as we already have an IDEA on https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLDIG-I-434. At the moment, it is not possible to control the use of interactions / agents by divisions (check interaction consumption in the IVR, division licenses, storage consumption control, api, etc.).
    Especially considering that different customers will have different requirements per customers, is there any planning or API that I can consume to have all this information?

    Hi,

      Is there any update on this? our client would like to have single API to get total number of calls waiting on all queues on specific division?
