    I found it.  It is an option to select in External Contacts to opt-out of surveys but this is not customer selectable.

    Martin,

    If you want to make that customer selectable then you'll probably have to use the Genesys Cloud APIs to update the external contact property for that.  If you want to do it via the IVR then you can create a Genesys Cloud Data Action (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-genesys-cloud-data-actions-integration/) that would call the External Contacts API and update that property.  You could also call that API from a web page or mobile app.
