Hi

I have a skill based  call flow where if no agents are logged customer is offered to leave a voice mail which then get routed to a group voicemail box which then can send that Wav file voice mail as an attachment to a group mailbox via Email

question is : is this easy to implement using architect call flow designer using GC1 offering or such feature can only be done with GC2 and 3 ?

is there a detailed feature lists comparison for GC1 , 2 , 3?

You can create this in the In-queue Flow fairly easily.  It is available for all GC licenses.  Here is an article:  Set up a Transfer to Voicemail action - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

Depends on if you have HIPAA enabled.  It will do the same thing as if you called and left a voicemail for someone.  It emails out the wavefile with the notification
