    Hi All Admin users,

    Created an idea in "Genesys Product Knowledge", requesting "Clear Cache Option" to be made available on PureCloud Edges while rebooting an Edge. This facility will enhance the performance of the Edges and put its life back to normal. Currently this feature is only available with Genesys Customer care. Appreciate if all PureCloud Admin users could vote for this feature. More voting will attract PM / Deve team to enable this feature.

    Hi Genesys PureCloud Admin users,

    This feature is very useful when you are dealing with Edge functionalities. Please Genesys PM team needs more votes to implement the feature.
