Hi,
We have a situation where our training advisor needs access to call recordings from a staff member who works outside the call centre.
This staff member has been set up in a different Division to our call centre staff.
What we can't figure out is how to give our training advisor access to the interactions for this staff member. I have extended her Quality Admin role to be effective for other divisions, but the interactions are still not appearing.
Could anyone give some guidance on exactly what specific permission is needed for this to work?
