That sounds like you have too much data for the cloud to return in a timely manner. You'll probably have to open a case with Care to have them see what is happening in the background for those data requests. I don't have much data, so it returns pretty quickly in my personal org, and even in our demo org for GU it completes in under 10 seconds.

I customized the dates to reflect year to date. When I click on the right arrow, the display is blank. I receive an error message of "A Request couldn't be completed, Refresh to try again."

I don't understand what you mean by having to do multiple screen refreshes when selecting the dates. I select the dates once, apply it, and have all the data for the year-to-date.
Are you meaning it doesn't all display on one long web page, so you have to click through page by page?

You are correct... I have been doing the same process for months.. However I have to refresh my screen multiple times to pull the data. This is why we added Bright Metric as part of our reporting... I would love to use PureCloud but it's more difficult to use.... I'm just asking to add a year to date option to the menu like every other contact center I used in the past.

I just used the navigation arrows to show the correct months, then selected the begin and end dates in the calendar. Then clicked the big gray arrow bottom right.

I'm not able to pull year to date data under the "Queue" selection under "Performance". It was an option on the older version of PureCloud however it's not available now. I tried changing the dates however I need to refresh multiple times to obtain the data.
And the supplied reports are horrible.
Is there a better way on pulling year to date or even customize the dates to pull reports?
