Status Tab

    Hi
    Since the changes with agent views we are having issues with the status tab data loading.
    Agents have reported that they are getting an error message saying 'A request couldn't be completed. Refresh to try again.'
    We have refreshed and we have also cleared the cache and they are still getting the error.
    Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I'm thinking we might have to raise a ticket?

    There was a known issue and incident posted on the status page regarding analytics and reporting latency for several regions. This may or may not be related.

    Even if it is related, I suggest you open a ticket.

    It seems there is a new permission for this on Genesys Cloud.

    We have fixed this issue by adding this permission to the PureCloud User role:
    Analytics > UserDetails > View

    Thanks for your replies, today it seems to be working fine and i have not made any changes.
    Must have been to do with the analytics and reporting latency known issue.
