Hi
Since the changes with agent views we are having issues with the status tab data loading.
Agents have reported that they are getting an error message saying 'A request couldn't be completed. Refresh to try again.'
We have refreshed and we have also cleared the cache and they are still getting the error.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I'm thinking we might have to raise a ticket?
