  • 1.  Email overflow to another queue

    Hello all,

    Please if I could get some advice is it possible to overflow email to another queue after e.g. 2 hours of queuing? since there's no in-queue email flow available...?

    Much appreciated.

    No good way to do so based upon time in queue that I am aware of. Try posting on the Developer forum at https://developer.mypurecloud.com to see if someone has an idea on how to use the API to do so.
