  • 1.  Routing emails based on exact match of FROM address

    Hi,

    I am trying to deal with bounceback email messages.
    In Architect I would like to have a way routing email messages based on the matching a rule EXACTLY.
    I have not found a way to do this, I have tried a few different ways using the email.from (contains) but that does not seem to match email addresses exactly. 

    Has anyone ever managed to do this?
    I raised a support ticket with Genesys who immediately told me to get professional services which I didn't particularly like.

    I'm thinking you could use a Decision action as part of your flow, and set the Expression to something like: 
    Email.Message.from.id=="george.ganahl@genesys.com"​


    I can't try it out as I am traveling, so you will have to play with it and see.
