    Hello!

    I'm one of the product managers on the WEM team, looking after the application of AI in our offerings. We're looking to get some insights into how agents interact with different notifications they get during their work within Genesys Cloud.

    We're hoping to interview a handful of agents for about 20-30 minutes.
