On the surface that appears to be communication errors between the Client and PureCloud or PureCloud and the Edge across the internet/WAN.
So, make sure your firewall is configured correctly to allow all the needed ports and protocols.
Do some network analysis to see if packets are being rejected or lost somewhere.
Work with Customer Care to see if anything is in the Edge logs that would reveal the problem.
You can look at the Client's Network log (HAL file) and Console log (instructions on how to gather them are in the Resource Center) to see if there are any clues.

The request to hang up the call failed.
After this message if click on hangup call will be hung up. But no call success. kindly need your support in fixing this issue.
