  • 1.  Defining max "LOGIN" time and max time in state

    Hi,
    Maybe somebody knows and/or implemented this option.
    Define the max time that the agent can be in "login", for example, after X hours that he is "login" the system will "logout" him and or define that at HH:MM all agents will be "logout".
    Also, maybe it's possible to change the agent status (and/or sub-status) after X time?

    we implement the agents status change via api, in the same way you can configure a check for max login time.

    Hi Yvgeni 

    We did the time on the SSO infra side since all users are set up with SSO, this will expire the token in Genesys Cloud.
