Hi,
We are trying to set up outbound PureCloud campaigns through Salesforce, and are running into some issues.
1. When contacts are added into the campaign as members, their layout is 'Standard' type, not 'PureCloud' type. The only way we seem to be able to get around this is to have our developer set all campaign members that our team access to be viewed as a 'PureCloud' type. Is there a way to automatically have campaign members show as the 'PureCloud' type when in PureCloud campaigns, and as 'Standard' type at other times?
2. We are trying to get the campaign members to sort by a particular field (for example, calling customers who are behind on payments, in a descending order from most months in arrears to least). Although we are pulling campaign members from a contact report in Salesforce that is sorted in this manner, once the list is loaded into PureCloud and then exported, the list seems completely randomised.
We have located a sort order field, but this seems to be editable only at the campaign member level, and steps 3-6 on the resource center for this topic (Configure the sort order of campaign members - Genesys Cloud Resource Center)) seems to imply this has to be done individually by member. This seems impractical, as our call lists are thousands of people, as we assume are the call lists at other companies.
How can we sort the whole campaign member list by a particular field?
Appreciate any suggestions!
Thanks!
