  • 1.  Transfer chat from one queue to another queue based on skill.

    Hi Everyone,

    Here's the scenario: all inbound chats come into 1 catch-all queue. I want to have inbound chats with certain skill IDs moved/transferred to a different queue automatically.

    Anyone know how to do that?
