Queue Wrap-up Summary Report (Media Types)

    I've been auditing our procedures and noticed that Media Types Callback and Message are now available to be included in the report data set.  Does anyone know if the VOICE category includes the Callback and Message details?  

    I need totals for billing purposes and need to know if the VOICE category is separated from Callbacks and Messages.
