Salesforce Integration - where to set the region for the org login?

    EDIT: I've found this under the actual softphone OpenCTI config.

    I've set under the Shared Settings value the region my orgs are in, but when the plugin comes up to log into GC, it still looks like it's trying to log in by default to the US region.  Is there another place I need to tell Salesforce what region to use for the log into GC?

    Please refer to this page:  Change the region of your Genesys Cloud organization - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    You need to set in your Call Center Settings
