License doesn't match roles? Bug?

    Hi all,

    Need to help as I'm a little confused.

    This morning I have noticed that the License for our users has changed by itself?

    For example, I have a user with the base 'employee' & 'PureCloud User' roles which should assign their License as PureCloud 2 etc

    But it's show Collaborate? =/

    Should I be concerned? has anyone else seen this?

    What does it show for the required license level on the PureCloud User role in the Roles & Permissions container?

    I am not seeing the user licenses changed to Collaborate in my Organization, but I am in the US East region.

    Hi George,

    Thank you for getting back to me.

    Was very strange, seems to have corrected itself this morning, I assume it might have been a little buggy during the colour changes update yesterday.
