I'm glad that Bryce was able to answer your question during the Q&A session with the suggestion to Export the data so you have the means to accomplish this task now. I can see how this type of filter would be useful within the View itself. Would you enter this as an idea in our
portal so we can evaluate adding it to the product based on community feedback?

I am looking for a way to filter interactions that have a NUL value. For example, rather than view all interactions with a Wrap-up code of "Default Wrap-up Code", I would like to view all interactions where the wrap-up code is blank. Specifically looking for interactions with no User and/or Queue so we can look to see why they did not reach a queue or agent.
