Is it possible to record a User Prompt from an Inbound Call Flow?
Scenario - we are migrating a Local Council who currently has a Wet Weather Information Line; the Parks Administrator updates the Wet Weather recorded message by dialing the Line (which is actually a Blind IVR) and entering a PIN which gives them access to the recording facility. The recording is then stored in a specific file reference which can be played to the general public.
Note - I have done some playing with Voicemails but it's a bit ugly!
