    My name is Matthew Raimundo. For the past four years, I've been a Release Manager for the Product Management team within PureCloud. Prior to joining Genesys, I spent several years as Director of Operations for the mobile application design and development studio, Two Toasters.

    One of the projects I've had the pleasure of working on during my time at Genesys has been the creation of the Genesys Ideas Labs. I look forward to answering any questions you have about the Genesys/PureCloud Ideas Labs during the AMA tomorrow, December 11th from 1-3pm EST.  For information on the Ideas Lab AMA, click here!

    During my spare time, you'll usually find me at the local hockey rink.  I manage and play on two adult recreational hockey teams, which is a great way to stay active despite the 11:30pm game times!
