    FYI...
    On the Activity tab when viewing the Performance metrics, with the recent release, the filters are not showing anymore.  It is only showing on the Performance tab.  I have opened a ticket regarding this.

    attached is the filter section view with no filters showing on the Activity tab. It does show only on the Performance tab.

    That is the only filter that's ever been on that view besides the Queue Filter which is found on the top left of the page.

    Thanks for the confirmation, Darlene. I deleted my other post then saw yours.

    I think maybe the confusion is having the Search field active on that Activity tab when there is nothing, really, to search for on that view.

    Have you ever seen filter items other than the interaction type in that view? I have gone back ten releases or so and I cannot find a release that has more than the Media Type filter for the Activity view, even before the Search field was added.

    NOTE: As Darlene pointed out, the answer is no.

    I have been able to filter by Queue on the Activity view before. But now the filters does not show the items you can filter on.  I had a saved view on the Activity view and you can see from the screenshot that I had a filter on Queues.

    Queue filter is the primary filter so it's at the top left of that view.

    So the filter by queue  is now on that search field on the top left.  When I created my saved view with Queue filters, I used the Filters on the right hand side when other filters were also showing .

    The queue filter has always been the primary filter on the view and not in the right sidebar.

    The other issue I have noticed is that every time you make changes related to the Performance Views or Analytics we cannot export the interactions of the previous day. Then, we have to wait for the pipeline to run again and the report becomes available (D+2).

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Open the Interactions View
    2. Filter interactions from yesterday
    3. Click on the Export button

    Expected result: Partial report with the calls from yesterday till 7 pm.
    Current result: Blank report

    This is the third time in a month time:

    We have a case with Care, but it just happens all the time(Australia Region).
