  • 1.  How to use "Info Banner" in Scripts

    Hi everyone,

    Can anyone here explain to me how to use the "Info Banner" option in Scripts? :)  I am very familiar with using scripts for all sorts of things, but this is one thing I have found nothing about how to use. And it really looks like it could be useful when waiting for something to run.

    I have been trying to use it, inside a script but I am not seeing the text appear anywhere.  I find this item very poorly documented, the only thing I can find is this(snip from the documentation):

    Really just what it says.  You type text into it and when the agent initiates the custom script action either with a button or a page change, it will display that to the agent.  If I remember it is an alert in the upper right where other errors and informational messages appear, but that may have changed.  I'll play around and see if the behavior is different.
