can we embed chat widgets into agent script?

    Hi can we embed chat widget into agent script or like a standalone app chat window embedded into pure cloud UI? the use case is to use bots for third party systems integration and help agents to enter and update data via bots rather than some web applications, something like agent assistant bots is this something that we can do today in agent scripter or anywhere in pure cloud platform?

    Hello,

    Yes, it should be possible.
    I mean that I have just tried this with Widgets v2 and a Client Application integration, pointing to a url where my Widgets v2 is (I have tried the Client App in standalone and widget mode and it appeared to be ok - I have not tried with Interaction Widget integration but it should work as well).
    It also seems to work adding a Web Page component in a Script - but I haven't done a lot of tests/verifications - just tried it quickly.
