  • 1.  Disconnect duplicate emails when a specific email comes in

    Hello, 
    We have an email flow where 3 type of emails (Email 1, Email 2, Email 3) are routed and the first 2 emails are delayed (waiting) before being released to the queue or disconnected. We do this because we only want to receive "Email 1" if there is no "Email 2" and only get "Email 2" if there is no "Email 3". The previous email is disconnected if we receive "Email 2" or "Email 3".
    Now the issue we have is that we sometimes receive "Email 1" twice (duplicate). We are able to disconnect the first "Email 1" but when the "Email 2" comes in, it doesn't disconnect the second "Email 1"....
    Any idea how to solve this?
