Fresh from development, these settings are great for sparking internal competition between agents, and make coaching reviews and scheduling training super easy for your managers and coaches.     Also, if you are curious about how to tell which version of Genesys Cloud you are on, here is some information:

    1) Sign into the application and then click the "help" button in the bottom left corner of the screen
    2) From there, click on the three dots. The next screen will show your current version:
