  • 1.  Accidentally Deleted Contacts in ContacleLists

    Dears,
     
    I would like to know if there are backups/versions for ContactLists that can be exported.

    We have a client that has deleted contacts in contactlists by mistake. So, is there a way? Does Genesys save different versions that could be exported?

    Open a ticket with Genesys Support.  There are backups of customer configurations and this may be part of it.  With any luck, there will be one for what you need to restore.

    Hi Ali,
    While Robert is correct that there are backups for contact data, they are only backups of the current data for the event of data loss in the database. There are not incremental backups to revert accidental changes to a contact list.
