    Hi Team -

    Is it possible to configure the Agent Permissions in QM so that they can't see the name of the Evaluator?

    Our Customer wants to ensure no animosity between Agent and Evaluator, since calls are sometimes evaluated by Peer Agents.

    Not unless you don't have them access to any evaluations at present.  I created an idea for this:  Add permission to view evaluator column. | Genesys Cloud Ideas Lab (aha.io).
