    Maybe I don't follow your full needs here, but why would this be needed?  Genesys no longer charges for overage on subscriptions, so if you go over your limit, you are paying the same per agent as you would normally.

    To my knowledge isn't this only for new orgs but older/existing orgs are still charged overages?

    Not according to documentation:


    Manage licenses - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)
    To increase the number of annually committed seats for your Genesys Cloud subscription, contact your client success or sales representative.  If you do not wish to increase the annual committed amount (e.g. user count increase is only expected for a few months), then no action is required and usage will be billed at the overage or month to month rates listed on your contract.

    I did see this in the EULA for NZ/AUS: 
    1. Monthly Payment. During the Ramp Period, you will be billed for actual usage at the Monthly Subscription rates set forth in the Order Form. Your Monthly Subscription fees will be set forth in the Order Form. After the Ramp Period, the Monthly Subscription represents a minimum billing amount. Any usage above the Monthly Subscription will be charged at the Subscription Overage fee listed in the Order Form.

    You might want to talk to your Genesys rep about changing the Order Form.

    HI Robert

     A partner guide PPTX came out on this last year that says:

    • Unfortunately, existing customers can only take advantage of this change upon renewal. They must honor their existing contract until renewal where we'll have them recommit to a new Service Order. Just like with any price increase, we would not take that into consideration to existing customers until their next renewal.

    hi there,
    below is what is requested:
    currently have 850 Concurrent users, yes if you go over you just pay for additional users
    what this idea is about is for example, if you reach 830 users, a notification needs to be sent out, email, just indicating you are close to reaching your purchased amount of 850. AWS has this feature with there billing to send out notification when reaching a % of your expenses
