  • 1.  Scheduled Callback from API cannot be > 30 days

    I was just asked whether the API can be used to override the UI's 30-day limit on schedulaing a callback.

    I tried it out in the API Explorer on developer.mypurecloud.com and got:

    Has this been addressed or fixed?  Seems like a pretty easy thing to fix and I have several use cases where more than 30 days is required.

    instead of creating callback (for more than 30 days)  we create a new record for dialer campaign. If origin of this callback is from dialer campaign we close origin record and system wait (by filtering contact list) for time to dial this row in agents campaign.

    Yes, same here, but that means setting up and maintaining a campaign.   While an excellent use of PureCloud, unneeded if that limit would be removed.
