  • 1.  Inboud emails no sound

    Hello everyone,

    Since this week our agents are experiencing issues with inboud e-mail.
    previously when they got an inbound email their laptop made a sound, but since this week the sound is gone.
    When they get an inbound call the sound is working perfectly.

    We checked with diferent setting but nothing seems to help.
    The issue is persisting with diferent agents on deferent laptops.

    Are their more people that are having this issue since this week?
