HI Team,
In my project we are using Voice survey after end of every call.
GC was embedded with custom ordering process application
when successful order has placed need to send my interaction to survey but currently its happening through a button clicked by an agent.
Genesys needs a manual trigger to make happen. How can we get this automated without manual intervention is the question.
Please share any inputs or thoughts
