    Evaluation window UI improvements

    Quality evaluators can now take advantage of UI improvements to the evaluation window. The evaluation window width increased to 40 percent of the available screen size to help evaluators to more easily read and complete the evaluation form. In addition, Genesys Cloud restored the evaluation Save button to enable evaluators to retain their work and submit later. For more information, see Assign a new evaluation. This feature requires one of the following subscriptions: Genesys Cloud User 2, Genesys Cloud User 3, or Genesys Cloud User 1 WEM Upgrade II.

    Additional development and feedback modules in Learning API

    Developers can now create the following development and feedback modules for agents using the Learning API: Learning, Learning with Assessment, and Assessment. These modules enable learning managers to better assess an agent's knowledge level. For more information, see POST /api/v2/learning/modules in Learning in the Developer Center. This feature requires the following subscription: Genesys Cloud User 3.

    Enforce index search for divisions

    Administrators and contact center managers can now use permissions to limit index searches so that an agent can only look up members of the divisions to which the agent belongs. For more information, see About access control. This feature has no restriction by user or required user to access.

    Hallo everybody. I need to use the new capability "enforce index serch for divisions" for our organization but I don't understand how to active it. Is there anyone who can help me?

    Do we have any updates on "Flow Milestone" reports? There was a weekly update in May of this year that rolled out "Flow Milestones" and it was mentioned in the thread that reports would come at a later date.

    Regarding Additional development and feedback modules in Learning API, if using POST /api/v2/learning/modules to create a learning module how do we define which module (Learning, Learning with Assessment, or Assessment) we want to create, there is no parameter for this API that can be used to differentiate which module is in question, only these parameters listed below are available for this API:
    name (string required) The name of learning module.
    description (string) The description of learning module.
    completionTimeInDays (integer required) The completion time of learning module in days.
    informSteps (LearningModuleInformStepRequest[]) Learning module inform steps request:
                        type (string required) The learning module inform step type.Valid values: Url, Content.
                        name (string) The name of the inform step or content.
                        value (string required) The value for inform step.
                        sharingUri (string) The sharing uri for Content type inform step.
                        contentType (string) The document type for Content type Inform step.
                        order (integer required) The order of inform step in a learning module.

    Can someone advise?

    in release update that Platform-  Enforce index search for divisions ,  we are having issue that agent in different divisions are able transfer call to other division, can  see wrapup , canned response .

    so new release fixed those issue ?  any one can update more about this ?
