Prevent supervisors deactivate/activate agents from queues

  • 1.  Prevent supervisors deactivate/activate agents from queues

    Right now, the supervisors have access to activate/deactivate their own queues as well as the agents queues.  Is there a way to allow supervisors to activate/deactivate their own queues and not the agents?
