    Hi All,

    I hope everyone are doing well!!!!!

    We have come across a requirement where we are looking to have restriction in place for the user's to use Genesys from our organization system/ desktop only.

    For other application we are going with below approach which we are willing to use for Genesys too.

    NOTE: We are using Single Sign-on as Ping Federate

     

    1. X.509 Certificate will be installed in the TPAs and Business user designated device in the browser to restrict them from using the Genesys Cloud URL from personal devices
    2. Certificate will be exchanged with PingFederate  from the browser during SSO request. Certificate exchange will be part of the handshaking
    3. The certificate will be validated by Ping Federate for granting access and generating the SAML token

     

    Just wanted to check if there we can achieve it, we find it essential as this way we are accessing Genesys from a controlled and a secure environment. Any suggestion, recommendations are welcome.
