  • 1.  secure pause - does it pause both call recording and screen recordings

    Hi Community ,
    I have a use-case where while an inbound call , agent screen pop will come with a Bank's link . Should agent click on this link all screen and call recording should stop . so i created a custom action inside my script which would initiate a secure pause whenever this bank's link will be clicked . 

    Does secure pause , stop recording screen as well ? If not what other custom action can be used?

    Hi Garima,

    Yes, the screen recording stops when secure pause is invoked. There is a really nice overview in the Resource Centre that includes this and other information about the capabilities of screen recording.
