    Hello All,

     We are looking for some help around SSO. We are in plan of enabling SSO on our genesys cloud. We would like to check, can we have 1-2 Admin users who can be away from SSO login. This is just for cautionary purpose, if we have issue on our SSO authentication. some admin profile can login and disable the SSO in genesys cloud env.

    Additionally, We have confiugured Generic SSO <centrify idaptive> with certificate, URL, Target URL, Reply URL and other details. WHile our SSO team is also asking to provide metadata export of Genesys pure cloud, Is this option on Genesys pure cloud or Gcloud does not need this? We have configured the details based on third party SSO configuration details on GCLoud document.

    You can disable this through the API, so you could setup an OAuth that allows for this change and then an Admin would just have to use that client and secret to access the API though Postman or Curl to disable SSO Only.  The other option is asking support to do this.  It would require some red tape to ensure the Admin is part of the ORG and allowed to do this.
