    Did anyone manage to find a Genesys Cloud user in the directory using the location tab?
    if so, I must be missing a permission I never succeeded.
    Please let me k,ow how you did it I'm very interested

    In all my years, I never really noticed that tab.  You would think it would use the location of the user which you have to define individually in their profile (a real pain in itself).  After adding locations to people, I still don't see any filtering like you.  I would report this as a bug.

    I think the locations Tab is just that - a tab listing your locations in your org.  I do not think it is used to find individual users.
