I have an issue with a customer where the GC Desktop app signs the user out. This is a rare occurrence but has happened a couple of times and I was wondering if anyone else has seen this.
The customer is using SSO (enforced) and I was wondering if it was tied to the SSO Token expiring?
I do have a case open with Support, but as you all know, getting logs means opening the console, which I'm not sure is practical on 250 agents.
