  • 1.  Rich media support on Messenger

    Hi all,
    is there now any support for rich media when using Messenger? Especially, we'd need support for quick replies, at least.
    And also, is it possible to define quick replies on Dialogflow CX and see those within Messenger?

    Thanks in advance for any hints and suggestions!

    Have you consulted the developer documentation for quick replies? There is an entry there on rich media:

    Not sure this will work with what you are looking for with Dialogflow CX, but please pass along any more information if above is way off point.

    Ciao Angelo,
    I can confirm you that Quick Replies are already working fine with DFCX. As far as Cards, yes we're interested to be included in Beta program, if possible.
    Could you tell me how I can get that?
