    You should really redact keys and the likes in these screen shots.  Did you try the drop-down for Sandbox or Premium?

    Yes. I have tried with Sandbox and premium as well getting same error.

    Sandbox should be sufficient for just Genesys Cloud integration.  Did you finish the approval process on Twitter for the developer account?  There is not much in the setup aside from getting the correct information from Twitter for the messaging integration.  Make sure you have permissions to this, which would be Messaging->Integration->All.

    Hello Robert,

    yes, i have all the roles and permission for this. I thought about your 1st point on Account approval, while doing configuration its not given any error and account has been created and i have create 1 Project also, but i remember that while doing configuration its pop up with your request access will review and approved within 7 working days, something like this i have pop-up. 

    how do we check if account get activated or not.

    Please find below permission with my account.
