Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I am not sure our Legal Department will find summaries sufficient to meet our discovery needs. It sounds like the only way the need can be met is if Genesys allows us to search transcripts for key words longer than the current 60 day threshold which is well below the 5 to 10 year period we would prefer.

Digital is pretty simple. Once we get access to summaries, we will do those as well. Pulling voice transcripts through the multiple APIs is a real pain and not easy to format. Better to wait for summaries. There are several posts in the Community about using API to pull digital transcripts and then you can use Agentless Email API to send them out or write them with a data action to another API.
