  • 1.  API for Agentless Campaigns

    Could someone point me to the API endpoints that may contain information for agentless campaign calls? 

    This assumes there is one of course.

    I'm not a reporting person but looks like the usual conversation APIs have a dimension outboundCampaignId
    So you should be able to just filter by your campaign id? 

    /api/v2/analytics/conversations/aggregates/query

    Oooh. That's interesting. I do see the outboundCampaignId for one of our running Progressive campaigns.

    I wonder if that's going to work for Agentless since there really isn't a "conversation" per se?

    No problem

    I imagine it would, in the same way that an inbound call that abandons, has no agent, but is still a conversation as far as Genesys is concerned.
