    Is there any documentation on how to go about integrating our Genesys instance with Okta so our customer, when calling the Queue, they can be identified via a pin entry?

    I would start here:  Authentication | Okta Developer

    Essentially, you will need to create some Data Actions to this API.  I read some and see where you would could use this for authentication on digital channels, but with the Okta username being based on an email, how were you going to do this through and IVR?
