How to delete calls to specific numbers or that use a given call flow?

    Hello!

    We are trying to find a way to delete/prevent recordings for inbound calls that are going to specific agent numbers dialed or for inbound calls that involve a given call flow. Is this possible to do in PureCloud? 

    It looks like there is a way to delete recordings for specific agents as part of a policy, but we still want all agent calls that go through the queues as normal to be recorded. We only want to prevent the calls that originally go to agent's numbers directly or pass through a specific call flow from being recorded.Is there a known way to do this?
