Hi Charis -
We have a similar requirement on our end. We ended up creating a User account and used the Transfer to Voicemail function in architect. the User account is associated to an email distribution, which contains all of the destination email addresses and each account gets a copy of the voicemail email.

Is it possible to have alerts sent to an email address that is not the agent's email address? For example, in our call flow we request that users select #2 when wanting to reach someone from business and then leave a voicemail message. We would prefer if the email alerts informing an agent of the new voicemail be sent to 2 different email addresses. Is it possible to configure this?
