Interesting idea and I could see the use of this. Say you have Christmas sales go out via marketing in November and you see 40% spike over next 3 week. Being able to match the spike back to the marketing event would be extremely useful. Not sure how it would play out in design and UI, but worth the submission on

Is it possible to add a note to real time WFM data? With seasonal call traffic and traffic that can spike based on unique incidents, it would be very handy for future forecasting and scheduling to be able to review historical data with notes concatenated to provide insights into why there was a spike or unusual call traffic data?
