  • 1.  Option To Enable Secure Pause For DID interactions

    Would it be feasible to add the "secure pause" action to the "Calls" section of PureCloud, currently it is applicable for the "interactions" section? Or any insight on alternative options? We would like for the agents that have DID assignment numbers to be able to utilize secure pause during an interaction if needed.
